Booking & Cancellation Policy

Maximum number of students per session is 16

Each course requires a minimum of 8 students before it can take place

All bookings must be confirmed by credit card or deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Within 4-7 days of course a charge of 50% is applied

Within 4 days of course a charge of 100% is applied, If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 28 days before the date of the class you are welcome to send someone else in your place. These rules apply equally to gift voucher bookings.

Group bookings require a deposit of 50%

Fees include demonstration, copy of recipes and a chance to sample everything cooked on the evening or day.

I will try and stick to the stated menus for each course but this is subject to the availability of good, fresh ingredients on the day. If I can’t buy what we need I reserve the right to substitute an alternative.

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that a class has to be cancelled we will always try and give you as much notice as we reasonably can and you will be offered the choice of an alternative class or a full refund. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur. If you need to arrange travel or overnight accommodation, we recommend that you seek appropriate insurance.

A consent form will be needed from adults before anyone under 18 can attend any course.
